Submission of Abstracts (between 500 & 700 words, plus main references): 19th of September 2025
Evaluation of abstracts and communication with authors will be made shortly after the submission and following the blind peer review of the abstract.
* Only abstracts/papers presented at the conference will be included in the official conference proceedings.
The research track of the conference will be exploring the overall theme of “Reimagining Health and Welfare Management: Inclusivity, Innovation & Impact” and will focus on sub-themes like:
Bioethics, AI-driven Digitalization in Health and Welfare Services
Innovating Patient-Centered Health and Welfare
Quality Assurance in Health and Welfare Management Services
Inclusive Workforce Development in Healthcare
Future Trends in Health and Welfare
Smart Governance in Public Health and Welfare
Organizational Resilience and Adaptability in Health
Sustainability in Health and Welfare Management Services
Policy and Leadership in Health Systems
aSubmitted abstracts should be relevant with the overall conference theme objectives and at least one of the conference sub-themes, should be written in English, and should be submitted on time. All contributions must be original (i.e. not been published elsewhere), follow academic writing, structure and methodology. Submissions will be blind refereed by at least two anonymous reviewers who will decide whether the proposed abstracts will be accepted or not. All accepted and presented abstracts will be included in conference proceedings.

The deadline for submission of abstracts to any research track is the 19th of /September 2025 and this is a strict deadline.
